Remuneration of Shareholders

In 2008, a total of R$ 734.9 million was distributed as dividends and interest on own capital, corresponding to 88.9% of net profit for the period. This sum is the equivalent of R$ 4.92 per share, of both classes, for the 2008 fiscal year.
