Transmission Line Protection

The first phase was completed in the reanalysis of the adjustments of all of CTEEP’s transmission line and other equipment protection. This initiative is part of a large, ongoing project which will reevaluate the way in which the electricity system reacts to disruptions in its various elements. In 2008, CTEEP’s 440 kV system was readjusted, and in 2009 the process will continue with the 354 to 138 kV networks.
