Young Apprentice

THE YOUNG APPRENTICE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP HIS OR HER COMPETENCIES ON THE BASIS OF A DAY-TO-DAY EXPERIENCE OF THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT.
CTEEP runs the Young Apprentice program as a means of investing in the social, cultural and professional development of young people, with a view to expanding their employability as citizens with full rights and responsibilities.
Beyond merely fulfilling statutory requirements, the company aims to make a difference in the lives of young people, making an effective contribution to society and reinforcing the value of corporate citizenship and respect for the market, as well as developing the entrepreneurial spirit and professional competencies that will allow the young person to face professional challenges creatively, autonomously and ethically.
Training for work takes place on the job, from the moment the young apprentice enters the company, where he or she has the opportunity to develop competencies on the basis of a day-to-day experience of the corporate environment. In 2008, CTEEP had 21 young apprentices at work in a number of the company’s units.
