A broad, future-focused vision does not stop CTEEP from paying attention to the day-to-day, creating objective, immediate conditions for its employees to give their best performance in the present. It was with this intention that the company held the second edition of its Workplace Mood Survey in October, allowing the employees to express their perceptions regarding working conditions.

The survey, held in conjunction with the other companies of the ISA group, recorded an increase in the number of employees who gave their opinion, from 90% in 2007 to 94% in 2008.
