In order to keep its team up to date regarding important operational issues and topics of general interest to the business, CTEEP maintains a range of communication channels with its employees, including Road Shows, which are meetings held at the regional offices, where employees can stay in touch with the company’s strategic direction and the development of the management of the business; Management Meetings, held to focus leaders on the strategic initiatives implemented; the company’s intranet; and the magazine 1ª Linha (Top of the Line), published fortnightly and containing the company’s main news. In 2008, two road shows and three management meetings were held.
