Related Party Transaction Policy
The Policy for Transactions between Related Parties aims to establish guidelines so that commercial transactions with related parties of ISA CTEEP and its controlled companies are carried out at market prices and conditions, respect the rights of all shareholders and creditors of the Companies and contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Companies, observing good corporate governance practices and in accordance with current legislation.
