ISA CTEEP is the largest private transmission company in the Brazilian utilities sector. Its activities and those of its subsidiaries 100% and non-consolidated subsidiaries¹, present in 17 Brazilian states (Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Tocantins, Maranhão, Piauí, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Espírito Santo e Bahia), transmit approximately 33% of the electricity in the Interconnected National System (“SIN”), which comprises the entire Brazilian electricity grid (with the exception of certain isolated systems).

On March 31, 2022, the Company's installed operating capacity (including the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiaries and non-consolidated subsidiaries  in operation) totaled 71.7 thousand MVA of transformation capacity, 19,1 thousand kilometers of transmission lines, 26.1 thousand kilometers of circuits and 126 substations (124 owned and 2 jointly controlled), in addition to more than 1,700 kilometers, 9,700 MVA of power, 2,300 kilometers of circuits and 10 substations (7 owned) in the pre-operational phase.

To efficiently operate its complex transmission system, ISA CTEEP has a team of approximately 1,400 employees and facilities that provide quality and reliability in the provision of services.

Committed to the development of the country's energy infrastructure, the Company continually invests in the maintenance and modernization of its network, directly contributing to the expansion of the national transmission system. In the last 6 years, the Company won 14 lots in transmission auctions carried out by ANEEL.
