Independent Audit and Extra-Audit Services Hiring Policy
Its purpose is to establish guidelines for contracting an independent audit, whether an individual or a legal entity, for the financial statements (“Independent Auditor”), and the rules relating to the contracting of extra-audit services by CTEEP - Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista ( “ISA CTEEP”) and its controlled companies, ensuring compliance with corporate governance rules, bylaws, regulation of advisory committees, legislation in force, as well as guaranteeing the transparency of the hiring process and mitigating the risk of conflict of interests that impact on their independence.
