Besides meeting its legal obligations, CTEEP has a Governmental Relations Program, which aims to strengthen the company’s relationship with government bodies. This initiative is realized through the active participation of the company on boards of management, committees, public commissions and representative bodies such as ANEEL (Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency), ONS (National Electrical System Operator), ABRATE (Brazilian Association of Large Electricity Transmission Companies), ABIDIB (Brazilian Association of Basic Infrastructure and Industry), ABCE (Brazilian Association of Electrical Energy Concessionaires), CEPEL (Electricity Research Center), BRACIER (Brazilian National Committee of the Regional Energy Integration Commission), CIGRÉ BRASIL (Brazilian National Committee for Electricity Production and Transmission), SIESP (São Paulo State Energy Industry Organization) and the São Paulo State Department of Sanitation and Energy, which defend and promote the interests of the electricity sector.
