With the creation of the Program for the Inclusion of Disabled People, CTEEP reiterated its commitment to building a culture of respect for difference, encouraging diversity and ensuring equality of opportunities, regardless of belief, race, social position or physical condition. The focus of the program is on training these professionals to ensure their future employability.

In 2008, the program structure was conceived, involving the mapping of job designations, identification of positions, mapping of accessibility, and awareness training for the human resources teams involved.

CTEEP also seeks to maintain diversity and equality in relation to the remuneration of its employees, making no distinction between men and women. Comparing the same designations in each functional category, it was found that there is no significant difference in remuneration between male and female employees. GRI LA14
